This workshop led by Robin Aurora and assisted by Jenna will be an introduction to the basic techniques involved to achieve a Handstand.

We shall start the class by looking at the the correct wrist/shoulder alignment of the skeletal structure and engagement of the posterior pelvic tilt, to enable one to feel their own centre of gravity.    

 

After building a firm foundation, we shall then explore the elements of flight club to achieve lift-off into the Handstand.
